Capitalize for Kids is a non-profit organization that generates revenue through events and corporate partnerships. It allocates all proceeds to support children’s brain and mental health programs.
The Capitalize for Kids Foundation is a separate entity which is registered as a private foundation. The foundation raises and distributes funds through traditional fundraising programs to support qualified children’s brain and mental health donees.
This unique model provides Capitalize for Kids and its foundation with increased flexibility in raising and allocating funds. Additionally, this allows the non-profit to absorb the administrative costs for both organizations, meaning that 100% of donations made to the foundation are directed to the cause.
