Free mental health supports are available

Connecting people in need to Mental Health Toronto.

As more people experience anxiety and stress during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mental Health Toronto wishes to remind the public that free mental health supports are available for Torontonians through their access line 1-866-585-6486.

Mental Health Toronto is Toronto’s central access point for infants, children, youth and their families to find and get mental health supports near them as efficiently and quickly as possible. Mental Health Toronto has made the following service adaptations:

      • A single phone number for callers seeking services: 1-866-585-6486.
      • Extended hours (until further notice): Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 7:00PM
      • Phone and web counselling provided. In-person counselling will resume in accordance with public health guidelines.

Be sure to share this information to ensure Torontonians are aware that help is still available during this time of heightened stress and anxiety, and always. Visit the Mental Health Toronto website or social channels for regular updates and information.
